The Marie H. Brookreson Trust awards grants to finance or help finance homes for the blind. Grants are also awarded to organizations that provide assistance to the blind.

Requirements

  • To be eligible, organizations must qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Annual application period and deadlines

Applications are accepted year-round. Applications must be submitted by March 15 to be reviewed at the annual grant meeting.

About the Foundation

The Marie H. Brookreson Trust was established in 1975 under the Last Will and Testament of Marie H. Brookreson, a resident of Los Angeles, California.
