The Robert B. Lee and Ruth K. Lee Foundation was established under a trust agreement by Ruth K. Lee on May 3, 2000. Ruth K. Lee, a resident of Greenville County, South Carolina, created the trust exclusively for charitable, religious, scientific, literary, educational, or cultural purposes.
