About the Foundation
The Katherine Lercara Fund for Needy Children was established in 1980 under the Last Will and Testament of Gasper Joseph Lercara. Mr. Lercara named the foundation in honor of his mother Katherine.
Mr. Lercara was born in 1896 and passed away at the age of 83 in 1980. He was a resident of San Joaquin County, California.
