Flights must be redeemed through Wells Fargo Rewards®. For airline ticket redemptions, the number of points required to be redeemed is equivalent to the ticket costs divided by 0.015, rounded up to the nearest whole point. Points comparison is based on Wells Fargo Rewards cash redemption options, where the number of points required to redeem is equivalent to the ticket cost divided by 0.01. If you use your points to get an airline ticket, each point is worth 1½ cents ($0.015) towards the ticket’s purchase. For example, if the ticket cost $150, you need 10,000 points (calculated as $150 divided by $0.015 equals 10,000 points).
Three rewards points (1 base plus 2 bonus) are earned for every $1 spent in net purchases (purchases minus returns/credits) only at retailers whose merchant category code for Visa is classified as airline, passenger railway, cruise line, hotel/motel, travel agency, or vehicle/ auto rental. Two points (1 base plus 1 bonus) are earned for every $1 spent in net purchases only at retailers whose merchant category code for Visa is classified as restaurant. Purchases not processed using the merchant codes for Visa mentioned above will not qualify for bonus points. Wells Fargo does not have the ability to control how a retailer chooses to classify its business and therefore reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify for bonus points. You may not earn bonus points for purchases made through third-party payment accounts, at online marketplaces, with retailers who submit purchases using a mobile/wireless card reader, or if you use a mobile or digital wallet. One point will be earned for every $1 spent on other net purchases. ATM transactions, cash advances of any kind, balance transfers, SUPERCHECKSTM, cash equivalents such as money orders and prepaid gift cards, casino gaming chips, wire transfers, off-track wagers, lottery tickets, bets or wagers transmitted over the internet, or fees or interest posted to a linked account, including but not limited to returned payment fees, late fees, and monthly or annual fees, do not earn rewards points. You will earn 35,000 Points (Your Anniversary Bonus) if you have made at least $75,000 in Net Purchases (purchases minus returns/credits) on Your The Private Bank By Invitation Visa Signature® Card account during the 12-month period (Your Anniversary Year) that begins on your account open date (Your Anniversary Date) and ends on the day prior to your next Anniversary Date. For example, if Your Anniversary Date is November 28, your Anniversary Year will end on November 27 each year. Wells Fargo does not have the ability to control when merchants process transactions; therefore, the date of each transaction is determined based on the transaction date provided by the merchant. If the Net Purchase threshold is met prior to the end of Your Anniversary Year, Your Anniversary Bonus will appear as Pending on Your Anniversary Date and will be redeemable within 1 – 2 billing periods after Your Anniversary Date. Your Anniversary Bonus will be awarded annually in the same manner, as long as you make at least the required amount of Net Purchases during any subsequent Anniversary Year. A new Anniversary Year begins each calendar year on the anniversary of your account open date. This Anniversary Bonus is solely for The Private Bank By Invitation Visa Signature® Card, and excludes all transactions made with other Wells Fargo credit cards.

This benefit provides a statement credit up to $120 when you use your eligible The Private Bank By Invitation Visa Signature® Card to pay for the application fee or renewal fee for either the Global Entry® or TSA PreCheck® program. Your account is eligible for one (1) statement credit every four (4) years for whichever application fee or renewal fee is charged to your account first. The statement credit benefit only applies to the application fee or renewal fee for the Global Entry or TSA PreCheck program. Other programs and fees are not eligible for the statement credit benefit. You must apply for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck through an authorized enrollment provider. Cellular Telephone Protection can reimburse The Private Bank By Invitation Visa Signature® cardholder for damage to, theft of, or involuntary and accidental parting of a cell phone. This is supplemental coverage not otherwise covered by another insurance policy (for example, cell phone insurance programs, or your homeowner’s, renter’s, automobile, or employer’s insurance policies) and may be applied after all other insurance is exhausted. Reimbursement is limited to the cost to repair or replace your original cell phone, less a $25 deductible with an allowable maximum of two paid claims per 12-month period. Each approved claim has a benefit limit of $600. This benefit does not cover cell phones that are lost (i.e., mysteriously disappear). This protection is only available when cell phone bills are paid with a The Private Bank Visa Signature card. The coverage does not apply if the cell phone bill is paid from a Wells Fargo Debit Card, Wells Fargo Business Credit Card, Wells Fargo Commercial Card or from a card that is linked to a Line of Credit. Eligible cell phones are the lines listed on your most recent cellular wireless service provider’s monthly billing statement for the billing cycle prior to when the incident occurred. Electronic failure or issues related to the software of the device are not covered. Cellular Telephone Protection coverage begins the first day of the calendar month following the payment of your first cell phone billing using you’re The Private Bank By Invitation Visa Signature® Card and remains in effect when you continue to charge your total monthly cell phone bill to your The Private Bank By Invitation Visa Signature® Card. This protection may not be equivalent to or better than other applicable coverage.
