Your total costs in any given month consist of your transaction processing, services, and software costs.

Transaction processing
With our dynamic pricing, as your monthly sales reach the minimum for a lower rate, we automatically adjust it for the month—no action needed from you. Your pricing will depend on the volume processed each month and how the payments are accepted.

Per tap, dip, or swipe: 2.60% + $0.15
Per online or keyed in: 3.50% + $0.15
$40,000 - $79,999.99
Per tap, dip, or swipe: 2.50% + $0.15
Per online or keyed in: 3.40% + $0.15
$80,000 and up
Per tap, dip, or swipe: 2.40% + $0.15
Per online or keyed in: 3.30% + $0.15
You can predict your monthly payments and will benefit from easy-to-understand statements. Plus, we don't charge extra fees for downgrades, chargebacks, voice authorization, or foreign transactions.

Services
Merchant account fee: $9.95 per month, per merchant ID (MID) (typically one per merchant location)
The monthly fee includes:
- Reporting and analytics to track sales and costs
- Advanced fraud protection and real-time risk evaluation
- Tools to manage disputes and chargebacks
- 24/7 U.S.-based support

PCI Compliance Program fee: $10.00 per month, per merchant ID
PCI compliance is required by card networks. The program includes:
- Adherence to card network compliance requirements
- Access to a variety of web security tools
- $100,000 in breach insurance coverage
- A web portal and data depository for sorting PCI-related information
Software
All software plans include access to the Clover platform with business management tools like sales reporting and employee management. Each plan also supports card payments on your device or on the web with connectivity to e-commerce platforms, invoicing, a virtual terminal, and more.
Select from a range of plans from basic to industry-specific software designed for restaurants, service providers, and retail businesses. These advanced plans offer enhanced features such as:

PCI Compliance Program
The PCI Compliance Program fee supports your adherence to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) required by card networks.
Per online or keyed-in transaction
When customers are on the phone or on your website, a transaction is completed by keying in the card number in the device or online through an e-commerce gateway.
Per tap, dip, swipe transaction
When customers are at your location, they pay by swiping a card, dipping or inserting a chip card, or tapping or waving a contactless card or phone above the device. This includes PIN debit transactions.
Total monthly processing
Monthly processing volume is the total dollar amount of the credit and debit card transactions you process in all of your merchant locations in a month including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Monthly processing volume includes PIN debit transactions.

Clover software plans vary by solution and are billed directly to the merchant by Clover. Each Clover account supports only one software plan across all devices. Additional hardware or accessories may incur separate fees. Clover software, including applications and third-party offerings available through Clover or the Clover App Market, are subject to the respective developer's terms, and may include additional fees. All fees are subject to change. Existing merchants can view their current software plan and pricing through the Clover dashboard.
Clover solutions are offered by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., which does not provide, and is not responsible for, third-party software or applications, including those offered by Clover.
If you accept payments using equipment or a gateway that you did not receive from Wells Fargo, the online or keyed rates and fees may apply to tap, dip, and swipe transactions.
There is no early termination fee or long-term commitment for card processing services.
PCI non-compliance fees apply. This fee amount applies for Level 3 and Level 4 merchants with 1-25 MIDs only. If you have more than 25 MIDs, contact your Merchant Services consultant for more details on this fee.
