Direct Pay access costs $10 per monthly billing cycle for each business enrolled. There is no fee for Direct Pay payments made to Wells Fargo personal bank accounts. Direct Pay payments to non-Wells Fargo personal bank accounts are $0.50 per payment. Direct Pay payments made to business bank accounts are $3 each.

Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes. For your protection, Zelle® should only be used for sending money to friends, family, or others you trust. Neither Wells Fargo nor Zelle® offers purchase protection for payments made with Zelle® - for example, if you do not receive the item you paid for or the item is not as described or as you expected. Payment requests to persons not already enrolled with Zelle® must be sent to an email address. To send or receive money with a small business, both parties must be enrolled with Zelle® directly through their financial institution’s online or mobile banking experience. You may settle your Merchant Services funds to an account at the financial institution of your preference. When you use a Wells Fargo account for settlement or other Merchant Services purposes, you must use a Wells Fargo business deposit account.
